Preview policy notice: business arrangements and legal disclosures still require owner confirmation and California legal review. This text is not legal approval.
Free project review
This website collects home project requests for human review. Submission is free, does not book an appointment, does not guarantee service availability and does not create a construction contract.
Preliminary estimates
Any preliminary estimate shown on your private status page is non-binding and based on information you supply. Further review or a site visit may be required. It is not a final quote or a promise of price, scope or scheduling.
Construction arrangements
CalFixers is not a licensed contractor. Applicable construction work must be performed by independent, appropriately licensed partner contractors. The owner is still confirming the entities responsible for final quotes, contracts, payment, performance, warranties and complaints. Verify these responsibilities and applicable license information in writing before proceeding.
No payments or contract execution
This revision does not accept construction payments or deposits and does not execute binding quotes or contracts. A disclaimer alone does not establish that any future arrangement is legally compliant.
Contact and response times
A specific response timeframe has not been configured. Contact preferences are collected for follow-up; automated email and SMS delivery are not enabled in this revision.
Your uploads
Upload only photos you have permission to share. Do not include private documents or sensitive personal information. Submitted photos are not permission to publish a completed project or testimonial.
Automated assistance
The AI assistant supplies general website information, not professional, legal or safety-critical advice. It cannot commit to prices or availability. Unanswered questions can be submitted for human review.
Before launch
Legal identity, contact details, dispute handling, applicable terms and contractor arrangements require owner confirmation and California legal review. This preview text is not a substitute for that review.
