Project requests

We collect your name, the email address or phone number needed for your preferred contact method, service category (or Other), ZIP code, project description and any photos you choose to upload. The current initial request does not ask for a budget, property address, measurements or an account. We use these details to review the project and follow up, not as consent to marketing.

Private photos and staff access

Photos are stored in a private location. Authorized admin and estimator accounts can view requests and generate temporary photo links. Contractor-role accounts do not currently receive direct access. Do not upload documents, faces or other sensitive information. Uploads are limited to JPG, PNG and WEBP, up to 10 MB per photo.

Private status links

Your unguessable status link shows a project summary, status, approved customer-visible messages and any sent preliminary estimate. Anyone holding that link can see this information. Keep it private. A reference number alone cannot open a request; staff can revoke the link. Internal notes and contact details are not returned by the status page. Status pages are excluded from search indexing.

Browser storage

The request form stores only your selected service and desired timing in temporary tab storage. Contact details, descriptions and photos are not stored there. Entries remain in memory while you navigate backward. Refreshing may lose these entries. Staff sign-in uses browser storage to maintain a session.

Automated chat

Automated chat is not enabled in this redesign. The direct request form does not send your description to an AI service. Previously submitted chat questions remain protected and accessible only to authorized staff.

Retention and deletion

An automatic retention period is not yet configured. Requests, photos and submitted chat questions remain in private storage until an authorized administrator processes deletion. The owner must approve a retention schedule and a monitored privacy contact before launch.
